and there's a catch - you need to finish the image within 24 hours from the time you rolled your character, which is just the handicap i needed.

it took a while but i am finally releasing a print version of my browser wars sketch. rejoice!

due to copyright issues i was forced to remove all logo references but i think the point still comes across and its still a nice image to hang next to your computer right?

undertakers

a year or 2 ago i started working on an entry for an art challenge, the subject was "undertakers".

i tried to do a piece that'll look like cover for a dark super-hero comic thing but i dropped it half way trough.

im just uploading it online so i can hopefully get some drawing tips from Joe Vriens and Dax Gordine from joegees

yesterday i've stumbled uppon a livestream channel called joegee: Joe Vriens and Dax Gordine draw live Fridays @ 8 PM EST while answering questions.

beyond the basic drawing-tips that are expected in these kind of things, it was also fun just listening to these guys, i even loughed at loud at some points.

these guys reminded me that drawing is fun, especially as a part of an active supporting community with weekly challenges

unfortunatly this week's topic "steampunk Link" was something that im not too familiar with, but still a fun challenge.

stupid snake

howdy all, long time.

this is my first timid attempt at getting back to drawing and updating. hopefully i'll be able to post on a regular weekly basis. knock-on-wood....

these drawings are fan-arts for an amazing online comic by Aviv Itzkovitz called stupid snake. if you havent heard of it i definitly recommend you checking it out.

in case anyone was wondering where did i disapear to, the answer is i was taking some time off after finishing a very challenging project at work. it was a promotinal clip for the facebook app we're developing at the start-up company i work at.

the movie was done in about 3 weeks (including weekends) and then another week for corections and timing issues.
